VIP Car Pool Pass
Each month between August and May, PTA members can earn ways to be entered into the monthly drawing for the VIP Car Pool Pass for the following month.
During the August membership drive, all members who join or renew will be entered into the drawing for the car pool pass to be used in September. For the remainder of the school year, entries are earned through volunteer efforts for various PTA events (book fairs, fall carnival, field day, etc.). Opportunities will be posted through the PTA email blast (to members only) and on our Facebook page.
The Car Pool Pass is kept in the school office and is picked up by the winner the first day of the month (or after) and returned on the last day of the month (or prior if the last day falls on a weekend or holiday). Please remember to return the pass promptly so it can go to the next month’s winner.
Recipients can use the car pool pass on afternoon pick up only and MUST be in line by 3:45 pm (the time the car pool line starts to move). Pull to the front of the line, in front of the first cone/car in line and place the placard on your dash. *Sometimes there are vans already parked there; just pull in between or in front of them.
NOTE: The car pool monitors do not write down the tag numbers of cars in front of the cone, so please ensure that your student(s) know to come out with the “walking” students and where you will be located.
